A few weeks ago, Ryan and I were supposed to attend a car seat safety class down at Hoag; however, pesky contractions sidelined us from being able to go. I was really bummed about not going, but Ryan's sister, Erin, came to the rescue by hooking us up with her friend who actually teaches car seat safety classes. On Saturday, Ryan busted out the new car seat and base and headed down to Aliso Viejo for a crash course in car safety. He is taking his job as "Dad" very seriously... he can now install any Chicco Key Fit car seat without breaking a sweat!

With the car seat in place, we'll be ready for Caroline's big trip home from the hospital. Until then, we'll (patiently) wait for her arrival!
